Intel Xeon V8, due quad core sulla stessa scheda

 

Intel sta per mettere in commercio una nuova serie di processori, denominata in codice V8, che accoppia sulla stessa scheda madre due processori Xeon quad-core. Si baserà sugli Xeon X5365 con una frequenza operativa a 3 Ghz e FSB a 1,33 Ghz. In attesa dei processori a 8 core previsti per metà 2008.
